This website.. This site is a public access portal. Some parts of this site are only accessible via the 'Account Log-in' facility. To see the complete website, use our guest account. The Username / client code = GUEST, and the password = guest. To log-on, you MUST be registered.. You must register to able to access your lab reports and enter FecPak data. If you don't register on the website, we don't know that you want to access your results. By registering, an email is sent to VHR telling us to activate your log-on 'account'. Your account will be activated and ready for use the next business day. About Client Codes.. To access more than the general website (to be able to get your lab results, etc), you must be registered and have a Client Code and Password. A Client Code is given to you in one of two ways - - when you submit your first samples to the Diagnostic Lab a Client Code is generated by our database and is unique to you. Your client code is written on your laboratory reports with your address details.

Every client who has ever submitted a sample to our Diagnostic Lab has a Client Code. Your Client Code is written on your lab reports along side your name and address details. If you know your Client Code when you register, add it to the form. About Passwords.. Your Password needs to be up to 6 characters long and can be a combination of numbers and letters. When you register add your password to the form. To register.. - Click on the 'Register' button in the log-on area on the left hand side of your screen.

FecPak owners.. FecPak owners are catered for with their very own data input form. This form is accessed on the 'OnLine services' tab. Comprehensive instructions are available on that page too. The service works like this…anyone can buy a FecPak kit and start testing. Graziers use it because they need to test regularly to make informed management decisions, a Reseller uses it as a value adding tool to improve service to their clients, a Vet uses it for Diagnostic purposes, etc, etc. Using a FecPak kit regularly, provides users with more data and thus a better idea on what’s happening on property. It’s a long term, low cost option. So; you have purchased a FecPak kit and performed a test and generated a test result (in eggs per gram). After registering on-line and obtained a Client Code and Password;you log onto our website, go the ‘OnLine Services’, ‘FecPak data entry’ tab, enter your details and click the ‘Submit’ button. If the submission is successful, a 'FecPak Data submitted successfully!' message will be displayed at the top of the form. The information is delivered to VHR and stored in a temporary database. One of our Vets will access that database and look at the data in each FecPak submission. After checking the data, the Vet will add a Recommendation and submit the data to our main database. Your Client Code and Password is important information and you need to protect them as you would your banking passwords.
